Who we are

Prices and payment

Prices are in South African rand and are the full price you pay, plus delivery where it applies (see our shipping policy). Payments are processed by Stitch. Stitch Pay Later instalments are subject to Stitch's approval and terms.

Your order

Your order is accepted when we email your order confirmation. If something is out of stock or we made an obvious pricing error, we'll tell you and refund you in full.

Holding a spot

While the founding batch is being made, you can hold a spot by leaving your email. Holding a spot is free, takes no payment and doesn't oblige you to buy.

Offers

  • Free Christmas Quest Pack: one per kit, for kits ordered before 12 December 2026, while stock lasts.
  • Explorer Pair: the second kit at the Explorer Pair price is only available in the same order as a full-price kit.
  • Video review reward: one per order, under the rules on our video review page. Honest reviews only; the reward is the same whatever you say.
  • The Unbreakable Promise: up to 2 free Quest Cam replacements per kit in the first 12 months after delivery, as set out in our refund policy. Lost or stolen cameras are not covered.

Returns and your rights

You have 7 days after delivery to cancel for any reason (Electronic Communications and Transactions Act), and your rights under the Consumer Protection Act. See our refund policy. Nothing in these terms limits your rights under South African law.

Safety

Outside Quest is made for children aged 4 to 10 with a grown-up nearby. Every mission is written for adult supervision and none sends children anywhere alone, near roads or water. The Quest Cam has a rechargeable battery and small parts: not suitable for children under 3. Charge it with the cable supplied, under adult supervision.

Reviews and content

If you send us a review, photo or video, you confirm it's your own, honest and made with permission from everyone in it. Your permissions are set out on the form you used.

These terms are governed by South African law. We may update them from time to time; the version on this page when you order applies to your order.
