Where we deliver

We deliver anywhere in South Africa. We don't ship outside South Africa yet.

Cost

• Every Outside Quest kit: free delivery.
• Quest Packs and paper refills on their own: free delivery on orders of R398 or more (for example 2 Quest Packs), otherwise R80.

How long it takes

We ship from Johannesburg within 2 working days of your order. Most orders arrive 2 to 5 working days after that, by courier, to your door or a pickup point. Remote areas can take a little longer.

Tracking

You'll get an email with a tracking link as soon as your order ships.

Gifts

Enter the recipient's address at checkout and add your gift note in the cart. We pack the note inside.

Lost or damaged parcels

If your parcel hasn't arrived 7 working days after it shipped, or arrives damaged, contact us through the contact form and we'll sort it out with the courier.
