Delivery

• Free delivery on every kit, anywhere in South Africa.
• We ship from Joburg within 2 working days. Most orders arrive in 2 to 5 working days by courier, to your door or a locker.
• You'll get a tracking link by email as soon as it ships.
• Quest Packs on their own: free delivery on 2 or more.

Changed your mind?

You have 7 days after delivery to cancel for any reason (the Electronic Communications and Transactions Act). Send it back unused in its packaging and we'll refund you in full. You pay the courier cost of the return.

Something wrong with it?

Under the Consumer Protection Act, if something is faulty within 6 months, you can choose a repair, a replacement or a refund. And if the camera breaks for any reason in the first 12 months, the Unbreakable Promise covers 2 free replacements.
